Every RUSH app, in one place

Customers use the RUSH app and RushPay. Stores, restaurants, pharmacies, drivers, essentials merchants, doctors and health facilities each have their own partner app. Every app uses the same RUSH account.

Each app shows a Google Play and an App Store badge. A badge marked Coming soon becomes a download link as soon as that listing is published.

For customers

Shop, ride, book, send and pay

RUSH app

For customers: shoppers, riders, senders and patients

  • Shop groceries, restaurant food and pharmacy items from stores near you, with prices, stock and the delivery fee shown before you pay.
  • Book a ride with RushTranspo in Tuguegarao and across Cagayan Valley: motorcycle taxi, tricycle or car, with the fare shown before you book and a 4-digit boarding code.
  • Order appliances, parts, hardware, electrical supplies and apparel from RushEssentials stores, delivered in a vehicle that can carry them.
  • Book a RushCargo delivery for any item, in a vehicle that fits its weight and size, and follow the driver on the map.
  • Book doctors for video or in-person consultations, and clinics, laboratories and hospitals for their services.
  • Keep your prescriptions and lab results in one place, and order prescribed medicines from a pharmacy.
  • Pay through RushPay at checkout, apply promo codes, and follow every order, booking and appointment in Activity.

RushPay

For customers who send money, pay bills or buy load

  • Send money in the Philippines and abroad to a bank account, GCash, Maya, cash pickup or another RUSH user.
  • Pay bills to the billers listed in the app, and buy prepaid mobile load.
  • Receive money with a real-time QR code that refreshes every minute. The money goes to the payout account you choose.
  • Approve every send with your six-digit PIN, and follow each transaction in one activity list.

RushPay is a Money Service Business (Remittance and Transfer Company and Remittance Platform Provider). It is not a bank or an electronic money issuer, and it does not hold deposits or stored-value balances.

RushGrocery

For grocery stores, mini-marts and specialty shops

  • Apply with your business permit and store details. RUSH reviews the store before it opens to customers.
  • Receive orders live, then accept, prepare and mark them ready, or reject them with a reason.
  • Manage products, prices, sale prices and stock, with low-stock alerts and a record of every stock change.
  • Set opening hours, preparation time, minimum order and delivery radius, and follow the riders delivering your orders.
  • Create store vouchers and follow sales, reviews and payouts.

RushFood

For restaurants and food providers

  • Receive food orders live, and accept, prepare, mark ready or reject them.
  • Build your menu with prices, sale prices, photos and the availability of each dish.
  • Set preparation time, minimum order, delivery radius and opening hours, and pause new orders when you need to.
  • Hand each order to a RushCargo rider and follow the delivery.
  • Follow sales, peak hours, reviews and payouts.

RushPharma

For licensed pharmacies

  • Register with your business permit and FDA or DOH licence number. RUSH reviews the pharmacy before it opens to customers.
  • List medicines and mark the ones that need a prescription.
  • Check the prescription on each order, including the medicines, dosage, doctor, PRC licence and validity, before you accept it.
  • Manage stock, hand orders to RushCargo riders and follow each delivery.
  • Create vouchers and follow sales, reviews and payouts.

RushCargo

For drivers who deliver RUSH orders and cargo bookings

  • Apply with your driver's licence, vehicle details and documents. RUSH reviews every application.
  • Go online to receive job offers your vehicle can carry, and choose how far away to look for jobs.
  • Follow each job step by step from pickup to drop-off, and complete it with the customer's handover PIN and an optional proof photo.
  • See your daily earnings and recent trips. Payouts go to the bank, GCash or Maya account you add.

RushTranspo

For drivers who take passengers: motorcycle taxi, tricycle and car

  • Apply with your driver's licence, OR/CR, NBI clearance and a selfie check. RUSH reviews every application before you go online.
  • Go online to receive ride offers your vehicle can take, nearest first, with the pickup, drop-off, fare and payout shown before you accept.
  • Navigate to the pickup, start the ride with the passenger's 4-digit boarding code, and complete it at drop-off.
  • Online fares are paid out to your payout account. Cash fares are yours at drop-off; a small commission on each cash ride is settled through RushPay.

RushEssentials

For hardware, appliance, parts, electrical and apparel stores

  • Register with your business permit and store details, and choose your trade: appliances and electronics, automotive, motorcycle parts, hardware and construction, electrical and home depot, clothing and apparel, or others.
  • Build your catalogue with prices, stock, photos, brand, model and warranty, and the weight and size of each item.
  • Receive paid orders live, accept and prepare them, and hand them to a RushCargo driver whose vehicle fits the load.
  • Create vouchers and follow sales, reviews and payouts to your payout account.

RushDoctor

For licensed doctors

  • Apply with your PRC licence, specialty and consultation fee. RUSH checks your licence before you take bookings.
  • Offer video consultations, in-person visits at your clinic, or both, and set the days and hours you are available.
  • Accept or decline appointment requests, chat with patients and join video consultations.
  • Issue prescriptions that patients can use to order medicines from RUSH pharmacies.
  • Follow your appointments, patients and payouts.

RushClinic

For clinics, laboratories and hospitals

  • Register your facility with its licence and location. RUSH reviews it before patients can book, and one account can manage more than one facility.
  • List services such as consultations, laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, vaccinations and packages, each with a price, duration and preparation instructions.
  • Confirm, start and complete appointments, or decline them with a reason.
  • Post results to a patient's visit. Patients see them in the RUSH app, and attached files stay private to the patient and your facility.
  • Follow completed visits and your top services on the dashboard.
