RushPay is the money service of RUSH. Send money within the Philippines and abroad, pay your bills, buy prepaid mobile load and receive money with a QR code that refreshes every minute. RushPay is also how every RUSH app takes payment for orders, deliveries and health appointments.

What RushPay is

RushPay is a Money Service Business (Remittance and Transfer Company and Remittance Platform Provider). It is not a bank or an electronic money issuer, and it does not hold deposits or stored-value balances.

Money passes straight through. Every payment is funded when it is made and sent onward to its recipient. RushPay never holds a balance.

What you can do with RushPay

  • Send money

    Send money to people in the Philippines and abroad. Choose where it lands: a bank account, GCash, Maya, cash pickup or another RUSH user. The fee and the total are shown before you confirm.

  • Pay bills

    Find your biller in the app by category or name, enter your account number with the biller and pay. Each bill payment gets its own reference.

  • Buy load

    Buy prepaid mobile load for a number on a supported network. Pick an amount from the choices shown and the load is sent to the number you enter.

  • Receive money with a real-time QR code

    Show your RushPay QR code to get paid. The code refreshes every minute, so an old screenshot cannot be used again. Money sent to you goes straight to the bank, GCash or Maya account you choose for payouts.

  • Pay for RUSH orders, deliveries and appointments

    RushPay takes payment for groceries, food, medicines, cargo bookings and health appointments in the RUSH app. The store, driver or health provider is paid after the service is done.

  • One activity list

    Every remittance, bill, load and RUSH payment appears in one list with its status, so you can see when each one is paid and sent.

How money moves

Paid when you make it, sent straight on

  1. You pay for the transaction

    Fund each transaction when you make it, by online checkout, bank transfer or over the counter. The options available to you are shown before you pay.

  2. RushPay confirms the payment

    Online checkout is confirmed by the payment gateway. For a bank transfer or over-the-counter payment, you send the reference in the app and the RUSH team checks it.

  3. The money goes to its recipient

    RushPay sends it onward to the person you are paying, the biller, the mobile network, or the store, driver or provider who served you. If it cannot be completed, it is refunded to the way you paid.

Safety and privacy

  • Your six-digit PIN approves every send, bill payment and load purchase.
  • International remittances and higher amounts need identity verification, which you complete in the RushPay app.
  • Receive codes are signed by RUSH and expire after one minute.
  • Personal data is processed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Identity documents are used only for verification.
