The RUSH app is for groceries, food, rides, essentials, pharmacy, cargo, hotel and travel bookings and health. RushPay, for sending money, paying bills and buying load, is a separate app.

RUSH brings these industries together on one account, one payment service and one delivery network. Customers use the RUSH app and RushPay; businesses and professionals use the partner app for their trade.

How it works

From account to delivery in three steps

  1. Create your account

    Register with your mobile number or email. A one-time code confirms it is you. One account works everywhere on RUSH.

  2. Choose a service

    Pick a store, a restaurant, a pharmacy, a ride, an essentials shop, a cargo booking, a hotel or travel request, or a health service. Prices, fares, quotes and delivery fees are shown before you pay.

  3. Pay and follow it live

    Pay through RushPay at checkout. Your order goes to the store once the payment is confirmed, and you can follow it until a RushCargo driver brings it to you.

Every delivery goes to RushCargo. Orders from RUSH stores, restaurants, pharmacies and essentials shops, and cargo bookings, are sent automatically to nearby RushCargo drivers. Each order is matched to a vehicle that fits its weight and size. Rides go to verified RushTranspo drivers the same way.

RushPay

Send money at home and abroad, pay bills, buy prepaid load and receive money with a real-time QR code. RushPay also takes payment for every RUSH order, delivery and appointment.

RushPay is a Money Service Business (Remittance and Transfer Company and Remittance Platform Provider). It is not a bank or an electronic money issuer, and it does not hold deposits or stored-value balances.
