RushTranspo is ride-hailing on RUSH. Book a motorcycle taxi, a tricycle or a car in the RUSH app, see the fare before you confirm, and follow your driver on the map. It runs in Tuguegarao City and towns across Region II: Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Batanes where available.

Passengers book in the RUSH app under Transpo. Drivers use the RushTranspo app.

How it works

From pickup to drop-off in six steps

  1. Set pickup and drop-off

    Drop a pin or type both addresses. A ride can start anywhere inside an active RushTranspo service area.

  2. Choose your ride

    Pick a motorcycle taxi, a tricycle or a car. Only classes with room for your group are offered.

  3. See the fare before you book

    The fare for each class is shown up front, with the distance and the estimated time. A night surcharge applies between 10 pm and 5 am and is shown before you confirm.

  4. Pay cash or through RushPay

    Pay the driver in cash at drop-off, or pay through RushPay when you book. Paid rides go to drivers once the payment is confirmed.

  5. Share the 4-digit boarding code

    Your driver's name, plate and vehicle appear before boarding. Tell the driver your 4-digit code so the ride starts with the right passenger.

  6. Rate your driver

    After the ride, rate the driver and leave a comment. Ratings help keep RushTranspo safe for everyone.

Passenger counts are per booking. Children count as passengers. Luggage rides with you; for items without a passenger, book RushCargo instead.

  • Verified drivers

    Every driver passes a licence, vehicle and clearance check before they can take rides.

  • Plate shown before boarding

    The driver's name, photo, vehicle model and plate number appear in the app as soon as a driver accepts.

  • Live tracking

    Follow the driver on the map from pickup to drop-off, and share your trip with someone you trust.

  • In-app support

    Report a problem on any ride from the ride screen. Every ride keeps a record of its driver, route and fare.

  • No cash held by RUSH

    Cash fares go straight to the driver. Online fares are processed by RushPay and paid out to the driver's payout account.

Drive with RushTranspo

Drive your own motorcycle, tricycle or car and take rides when you want. Apply in the RushTranspo app; RUSH reviews every application before you go online.

  • A valid driver's licence for your vehicle class.
  • The vehicle's OR/CR, with the plate shown to passengers before boarding.
  • NBI clearance.
  • A selfie check that matches your licence photo.

Already a RushCargo driver? Add Transpo to the same driver profile and use both apps with one account.

How you get paid

  • Online fares are paid out to the bank, GCash or Maya account you add as your payout account.
  • Cash fares are yours at drop-off. A small RUSH commission on each cash ride is recorded as a due you settle through RushPay.
  • See your earnings, dues and recent rides in the app, and go online or offline whenever you like.

RushPay is a Money Service Business (Remittance and Transfer Company and Remittance Platform Provider). It is not a bank or an electronic money issuer, and it does not hold deposits or stored-value balances.
