Terms for using RUSH

Your account

• You register with your mobile number or email and a password, and confirm it with a one-time code sent to that number or email.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN private, and for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account in the RUSH app under Privacy. Deletion waits until open orders, bookings, appointments, payments and payouts are settled.

Orders and deliveries

• Each order and cargo booking is paid through RushPay when you make it. An order goes to the store once its payment is confirmed, and an unpaid order or booking expires and is cancelled.
• A store or restaurant decides whether to accept an order. If it rejects an order, the payment is refunded.
• Delivery fees and vehicle choices are shown before you pay. RushCargo delivers items only.
• Deliveries are made by independent RushCargo drivers who are approved by RUSH.
• Vouchers and promotions follow the conditions shown when they are offered.

RushCargo rules

RushCargo moves items only. People, animals, weapons and illegal or dangerous goods are never carried, and bookings that break this rule are refused.

RushPay

• RushPay is a Money Service Business (Remittance and Transfer Company and Remittance Platform Provider). It is not a bank or an electronic money issuer, and it does not hold deposits or stored-value balances.
• Every payment is funded when you make it and sent onward to its recipient: the person you send money to, the biller, the mobile network, or the store, driver or provider who served you.
• Sending money, paying bills and buying load are approved with your PIN. International remittances and higher amounts need identity verification.
• Fees are shown before you confirm. If a transaction cannot be completed, the payment is refunded to the way you paid.

Health services (RushMedz)

• Doctors and facilities are approved by RUSH before they are listed. Each provider is responsible for the care it gives.
• RUSH is a booking and payment platform. It does not replace emergency care. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
• Video consultations are paid online when you book. In-person visits can be paid online or at the provider. Online payments are paid out to the provider after the visit is completed.

Your data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
