How pharmacy orders work

Here is what to expect when you order medicines on RUSH.

  • Medicines are ordered in the RUSH app and delivered by RushCargo riders.

  • Medicines that need a prescription are ordered with a valid prescription: choose an active prescription from a RushMedz doctor, or upload a photo of your prescription.

  • The pharmacist checks the prescription before accepting the order.

  • Pharmacy orders are paid through RushPay at checkout. The pharmacy gets your order once the payment is confirmed.

For pharmacies

Register your pharmacy

Pharmacies register in RushPharma. To register, a pharmacy must hold a valid FDA or DOH licence number. RushPharma lists your medicines, checks prescriptions on each order and hands orders to RushCargo riders, all from your phone.
