The RushMedz apps

Patients book care in the RUSH app. Doctors, pharmacies and health facilities each have a partner app. Download every app from Google Play or the App Store; they all use the same RUSH account.

Each app shows a Google Play and an App Store badge. A badge marked Coming soon becomes a download link as soon as that listing is published.

RUSH app

For patients and everyone who shops on RUSH

  • Book approved doctors for video or in-person consultations, with the fee shown before you book.

  • Book clinic, laboratory and hospital services, and read the preparation instructions before your visit.

  • Pay online through RushPay when you book, or pay at the provider for in-person visits.

  • Keep your prescriptions and lab results in one place, and order prescribed medicines for delivery by RushCargo.

  • Use the same account to shop groceries, food and essentials, book rides with RushTranspo and book RushCargo deliveries on RUSH.

For partners

Run your practice, pharmacy or facility

RUSH reviews every partner before patients can book or order from them.

RushDoctor

For licensed doctors

  • Apply with your PRC licence, specialty and consultation fee. RUSH checks your licence before you take bookings.

  • Offer video consultations, in-person visits at your clinic, or both, and set the days and hours you are available.

  • Accept or decline appointment requests, chat with patients and join video consultations.

  • Issue prescriptions that patients can use to order medicines from RUSH pharmacies.

  • Follow your appointments, patients and payouts.

RushPharma

For licensed pharmacies

  • Register with your business permit and FDA or DOH licence number. RUSH reviews the pharmacy before it opens to customers.

  • List medicines and mark the ones that need a prescription.

  • Check the prescription on each order, including the medicines, dosage, doctor, PRC licence and validity, before you accept it.

  • Manage stock, hand orders to RushCargo riders and follow each delivery.

  • Create vouchers and follow sales, reviews and payouts.

RushClinic

For clinics, laboratories and hospitals

  • Register your facility with its licence and location. One account can manage more than one facility.

  • List services such as consultations, laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, vaccinations and packages, each with a price, duration and preparation instructions.

  • Confirm, start and complete appointments, or decline them with a reason.

  • Post results to a patient's visit. Patients see them in the RUSH app, and attached files stay private to the patient and your facility.

  • Follow completed visits and your top services on the dashboard.
